			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is a plugin that will allow any Wordpress driven site to manage a directory of staff members. This is very useful for small companies, churches, etc. The plugin is currently in a beta version, so many features have not been released yet. Also any feedback/suggestions are welcomed! <p>I&#8217;ve been very impressed with the amount of feedback we&#8217;ve received on this plugin in the first 7 days since it&#8217;s release.
